New Members: Welcome! After Sacrament meeting, please come to the ward clerk’s office in the north foyer of the chapel to arrange with Matt Modawell or Dan Przybyla to have your records transferred.

Building Cleaning: It is our ward's privilege to look after the cleaning of our building for the month of June. Check the schedule for your last name's first initial to see your assigned date. If you cannot make it, please contact brother Steve Cottrell or brother Dylan Giles to trade for another week. Meet at the building at 8:00am.

• Friday, June 13 – Camp Set-Up & Youth Transportation

  • Camp Set-Up Crew (4 volunteers needed):

    • Depart the church at 9:00 AM

    • Head to This Is The Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake City

    • Help unload and set up tents and camping gear for all the youth

  • Youth Transportation (several drivers needed - we will compile a list):

    • Depart the church at 9:00 AM

    • Transport youth to the Church History Museum and other stops

    • Drop them off at This Is The Place in Salt Lake City around 1:00 PM

• Saturday, June 14 – Camp Take-Down & Youth Pick-Up

  • Camp Take-Down Crew (4 volunteers needed):

    • Leave the church at 8:00 AM

    • Take down tents, load all gear, and return equipment to the church

    • Time commitment: approximately 8:00–11:00 AM

  • Youth Pick-Up (drivers needed):

    • Arrive at This Is The Place in Salt Lake City at 3:00 PM

    • Bring youth back to the church

YOUNG MEN CAMP – June 26–28

• Driver Support (more details to follow on specific times)

  • Thursday, June 26: Transport youth from the church to the Heber Valley Camp.

  • Saturday, June 28: Pick youth up from camp and return to the church.

Ward Summer Socials: Come mingle with the ward family and friends on the church lawn this summer, enjoying desserts and drinks! Bring blankets and/or chairs if you would like. 6:00pm on the following dates:

Stake 

Volunteers Need at Lehi Rodeo: Our stake has been called upon to provide volunteer help running the South Concessions stand at the Lehi Rodeo on Friday June 27th and Saturday June 28th, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm each night.. We need 5 volunteers from each ward, on each night. Volunteers can be 14 and older and should be able to lift and stand for prolonged periods of time. A training for those serving from our our stake will be announced and held soon. Sign up HERE.
